Fuelstar Supporters Unite!
"Hi there, it is good to see that your
website discredits inventions like the Fuelstar in typical kiwi tall
poppy fashion.
I am no scientist, but I take my hat off
to people who are trying devise ways to save the general public
money that would otherwise be bled dry by the big fuel barrons.
Instead of wasting your time, supposed
intellect and efforts trying to put down inventions that are focused
in the right direction, why don't you turn your huge mental capacity
to devising a cleaner, more efficient and easily renewable fuel
source - say Hydrogen on demand. I'm sure you must've heard of
splitting the hydrogen molecule from H2O at the source to provide
clean burning, alternative power. Think about it - over 2/3 of the
planet is covered in water, if the byproduct of Hydrogen being burnt
of is steam, this condenses and forms part of a never ending cycle -
ain't it great! Best of all no harmful Carbon Monoxide gases are
given off and the engine would put out more power.
So I challenge you guys with your
collective wisdom and higher learning to come up with something like
a water powered engine - or are you working for the petrochemical
industry in which case, this would explain your stance on the
Fuelstar. Of course the Petroleum industry and the Govt (who make
billions off Exise Taxes) would be dead against an alternative Fuel
like water for which it would be hard to put a price on esp given
that it's freely available when it rains!
If you're not working for the Fuel
Giants, then you must be very narrow minded thinkers - trained to
regurgitate what you've been taught, inventors are people with a
dream and a desire to make that dream a reality. If they were bound
by what they've been taught in a classroom, they would never try to
come up with something new and push the bounderies that Science has
created!

That is the verbatim e mail with only name withheld. I don't see much need to comment on it!
I will, however, note that this is typical of the type of support Fuelstar gets. Deluded people who think the purveyor of these fake devices are doing it for some altruistic reasons.
Unfortunately, the fact that they sell thousands while refusing to even have their devices tested is a testament to their greed rather than their altruism.
